¡Bienvenidos al Hall of Fame de Málaga Tech! Hoy os traemos las historias de tres startups de nuestro programa de incubación que están cargadas de innovación.

Entre cuentas bancarias que rompen fronteras, software logístico con acento andaluz y apps que organizan hasta los partidos más reñidos, estos tres proyectos están aquí para hacernos la vida más fácil. Así que relájate, coge tu café y prepárate para conocer a Íkualo, Sistrack y Ballify. Porque en Málaga Tech no incubamos ideas aburridas. 😎

Íkualo: La cuenta que no discrimina a nadie

¿Alguna vez has sentido que el banco te miraba con cara de “tú aquí no entras”? Bueno, Íkualo nace de esa frustración. Esta startup es la respuesta a quienes buscan un sistema financiero que no te juzgue por tu estatus migratorio ni por dónde naciste. Detrás de esta visión está Harold Correa, quien, tras superar desafíos desde sus comienzos en Colombia hasta su adaptación en Europa, sueña con convertir Íkualo en el primer neobanco para inmigrantes en Europa. La historia de Harold es prueba de que, incluso en tiempos difíciles, los sueños pueden hacerse realidad.

¿Por qué nos encanta? Porque Íkualo está democratizando el acceso a la banca, rompiendo esas puertas cerradas y dándole a cualquier persona una oportunidad de oro para organizar sus finanzas.

Sistrack: La logística hecha fácil (y desde Andalucía con amor)

La logística suele sonar como algo reservado a las grandes corporaciones y cargado de burocracia. Pero ahí entra Sistrack, un SaaS que le da a las empresas de envíos las herramientas para gestionar todo en un solo lugar: servicios, clientes, empleados, ¡y hasta el café de la oficina, si hace falta! Detrás de este proyecto está Luis Mata, un emprendedor que vio la oportunidad de transformar el sector de la logística y le puso todo el acento malagueño al asunto. Su misión es clara: hacer que cualquier empresa, sin importar su tamaño, tenga acceso a tecnología de vanguardia y pueda prosperar en el mundo digital. Y, para ser honestos, con Sistrack, hasta a nosotros nos dan ganas de gestionar envíos.

¿Por qué nos encanta? Porque Luis y su equipo están haciendo que la tecnología logística sea tan fácil de usar como una app de pedir comida. Y sí, porque amamos a los héroes locales que ponen a Andalucía en el mapa tech.

Ballify: La herramienta soñada de los entrenadores de pádel

Por último, pero no menos importante, tenemos a Ballify. Su creador, Raúl, es un entusiasta del deporte y un maestro del arte de automatizarlo todo. Ballify es el asistente ideal para cualquier entrenador de pádel que se harta de hacer listas de asistencia, buscar sustitutos de última hora y recordar los nombres de todos sus alumnos. Con Ballify, los entrenadores tienen su semana organizada en un clic, y pueden enfocarse en lo importante: ¡entrenar!

¿Lo mejor de todo? Raúl no solo brilla en la cancha, sino también en el escenario. En nuestro último evento de Outstandings, el público lo ovacionó, y se llevó el premio al favorito del público. Un campeón dentro y fuera del pádel.
